BBQ Showdown. The Showdown is looking for quality vendors like you in the areas of:
- Great tasting BBQ and other fine foods
- BBQ grilling, rubs and sauces, various equipment, and supplies
- Quality artisans, crafters, and merchandisers
Registration Deadline
We are still accepting applications for both Food Vendors, Merchandise Vendors, and Exhibitors. Spaces are limited and will be assigned based on fully completed applications and an a la carte menu or goods list with prices. Please read the vendor packet thoroughly for information. All applications will be reviewed by the Beltway BBQ Showdown Vendor Committee, and notifications will be given within 10 business days of receipt of your application.
Requirements
- Registration fees are to be paid by money order or cash
- Money order must be made payable to Maryland-National Capital Parks and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC)
- All vendors must have General Liability Insurance of no less than $1,000,000
Fees & Information at a Glance
- Vendor fees are per space
- The Showdown takes place rain or shine, no refunds
- Vending spaces will be 12 foot by 12 foot in size
- $75 refundable trash deposit due from all vendors at morning check-in
- Residents are Prince George's or Montgomery County residents
- Non-Residents are residents of all other jurisdictions
