Get Fit Mobile

We know that healthy behaviors like physical activity are an important part of reducing the risk of chronic disease in Prince George's County. Get Fit Mobile will support the efforts of the county to improve health outcomes by creating opportunities for supervised, inclusive physical activities in local parks and neighborhoods.


Look for the Get Fit Mobile unit throughout the county! Get Fit Mobile brings fun activities and structured play to your local parks and trails for you and your family to enjoy physical activity, sports, games and activities include: Food-Tag Frenzy™, soccer, Boundaroos, hula hoops, agility ladders, scooters, agility hurdles, fitness mats, crawl tunnels, tennis, badminton, Mamba Ga-Ga ball and more! Get Fit Mobile brings communities together to enjoy the outdoors and try activities like Boot Camp, fitness demos, obstacle courses, Line Dancing, Pound Fit, and Zumba for all ages.
