SMARTlink is designed for you — it's fast, efficient, secure, and convenient. Register for a class any time — day or night — from your home, your office, or anywhere you have a touch-tone telephone or an Internet connection. Receive immediate confirmation that you've gotten into a class, or put your name on a waiting list if the class is full. Payment for classes may be made via credit or debit card, or using an established balance on your account.
Before you can use SMARTlink, you must register as a SMARTlink client. Just come into any of the Commission's 39 community centers, or any other staffed, Commission recreation facility in Prince George's County. Bring documentation with proof of residency and age (see below). Each member of your family needs to be registered as a SMARTlink customer, so each needs to stop by with age and residency documentation. After you've completed this step, bar codes and PIN numbers will be provided to you, allowing use of the SMARTlink system. You'll then be ready to call or log on. - Utility bill
- Lease agreement
- Property settlement sheet
Acceptable proof of identity:

Acceptable proof of age:
- Driver's license or MVA ID card
- Passport
- Resident/Alien card
- Birth certificate with a raised seal
- Baptismal certificate (with birth date) with a raised seal
- Original letter from school on official stationery
