Allentown Fitness & Splash Park is an indoor/outdoor aquatic facility located in Fort Washington, Maryland. The building has two racquetball courts, fitness rooms (including a cardio room and a weight room), and a hot tub. Included is an observation room used for events and activities, including children birthday parties. Outdoor amenities include tennis courts, a basketball court, a picnic area, a gazebo and fun umbrellas (rentals available). A variety of recreation opportunities are available at the center, including programs in areas of sports, fitness, dance, crafts, tumbling, day camps, and Kids Day Out programs. The facility also participates in the Xtreme Teens program every Friday and Saturday night from 7-10 pm.
- For our Home Educators we offer you swim lessons with Physical Fridays. Classes offered are Bobbers, Floaters, and Strokers 1 & 2 (for 3 -5 years olds), and Youth levels 1,2,3,4, & 5 (for 6-17 year olds). Activities include junior aerobics, fundamental basketball, soccer, tennis, hockey and recreational swimming.

Located in the fieldhouse on the campus of Prince George's Community College, the Bickford Natatorium includes a heated, 50-meter, indoor swimming pool, an indoor heated training pool, an indoor heated whirlpool, and locker rooms. The facility offers opportunities for public recreational swimming, lap swim, and swimming lessons. A weight room, racquetball courts, and basketball courts also are located in the fieldhouse.
