General Statements
- Copies of IFB/RFP will be furnished by the Director of Parks and Recreation from her offices at 6600 Kenilworth Avenue, Room 205/207, Riverdale, Maryland 20737 from 9 am until 5 pm Monday through Friday. Packages can be purchased with checks and/or money orders and is non-refundable. IFB/RFP packages will not be mailed unless otherwise stated.
- Sealed bids and proposals must be received by the Director of Parks and Recreation, c/o M-NCPPC Park Planning and Development Division, 6600 Kenilworth Avenue, Suite 205/207, Riverdale, Maryland 20737 by the date and time stated.

This project is comprised of an addition to and renovation of a one story building of approximately 6,218 square feet in size including all site work, structure, exterior walls, interior partitions, finishes, casework, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, electronic security and fire protection work. The work also includes the coordination with owner provide furnishings and equipment. The building will be an A-3 assembly Occupancy and will be a construction type IIB Steel Frame superstructure with load bearing Masonry exterior walls and built up roof. The Exterior will be brick to match the existing facility.

This project consists of the removal/demolition of the existing polycarbonate roofing system panels and their replacement with new panels at the Rollingcrest Aquatic Center, 6122 Sargent Road, Chillum, Maryland 20782. Both inner and outer panels of the system shall be replaced. The existing framing system shall remain in place. Approximately 12,300 square feet of roofing and gable end area are included in the scope of this project. All labor, equipment, materials, supervision, components, and accessories related to the panel installation and necessary to complete this project will be supplied by the contractor.
