Arts & Cultural Programs

Every year, the Commission collaborates with local, national and international talent to showcase a myriad of high energy performances, colorful exhibits, and professionally taught classes at its cultural arts facilities. Each facility is unique and provides the perfect environment to indulge oneself in the arts. We are committed to preserving and enhancing the county's arts and cultural heritage.

The Commission operates several cultural arts facilities to meet the needs of the arts community and the general public. These facilities offer programs, classes, performances and exhibits to the public, artists, historians, performers, and county-based arts and historic organizations. For general information, call 301-454-1450; TTY 301-454-1472. To reach the Black History Program, call 301-454-1780.
