Did you know lacrosse is the official team sport of the state of Maryland? Register now for this fast-paced game of teamwork and agility. Beginner and intermediate level players will learn the basics including stick skills (throwing, cradling, scooping, shooting), as well as offensive and defensive positioning. Athletic wear and tennis shoes are required. A limited amount of lacrosse helmets and sticks are available to borrow, but you can bring your own.
