DESCRIPTION:* This exhibition runs Jun. 8–Aug. 4\, with a public reception on Thu.\, Jun. 18. *\n\n\n\nRosana is an Argentinian artist that explores Surrealism. She sees the universe as a powerful\, vivid place of continual transformation\, and her works attempt to capture glimpses of it. Every brushstroke\, color\, and shape gives insight into her heart and is a window to her soul. \n\n\n\nThis exhibit will be on display at the Publick Playhouse from June 8-Aug 4\, 2026\, and can be viewed during regular facility hours (M-F\, 9 am-5 pm). Please note that exhibits cannot be viewed when a performance or event is in progress. Before viewing an exhibit\, please call the Box Office at 301-277-1710 to check the performance schedule.

The film was directed by Ryan Coogler\, who co-wrote the screenplay with Joe Robert Cole\, and it stars Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa / Black Panther alongside Michael B. Jordan\, Lupita Nyong’o\, Danai Gurira\, Martin Freeman\, Daniel Kaluuya\, Letitia Wright\, Winston Duke\, Sterling K. Brown\, Angela Bassett\, Forest Whitaker\, and Andy Serkis. DESCRIPTION:This performance is part of our Education on Stage/Field Trip Series and is recommended for children in PreK-Grade 5. Introduce young audiences to the magic of classical Indian dance with Prakriti Dance Company in this special Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander Heritage Month performance.  \n\n\n\nIn Nature Stories from the Panchatantra\, Prakriti Dance presents a collection of stories that explore the essence of nature alongside enduring moral values and life lessons. Rooted in the rich Indian Classical Dance tradition of Kuchipudi\, this performance brings each narrative to life through expressive storytelling\, with intricate hand gestures (mudras)\, nuanced facial expressions (abhinaya)\, and dialogue.
