See a dazzling display of gingerbread creations that reflect the rich history and vibrant culture of Prince George’s County, Maryland. This year’s entries will celebrate the local landmarks, architecture, stories, and traditions that showcase the unique heritage of Prince George’s County.

You are invited to a magical morning of holiday fun for the whole family. Create your Elf on a Shelf (TM) with Arts on a Roll, enjoy cookies and cocoa, and snap a photo with a special jolly guest! Then, experience the heartwarming children’s show Holiday Block Party at 11 am, performed by the Canady Foundation for the Arts Repertory Theatre. Through music, dance, puppetry, and storytelling, journey globally to explore cultural traditions from Diwali to Kwanzaa, Las Posadas, and more. This signature show from Discovery Theater celebrates the history and customs of Diwali (Devali), Chanukah, Las Posadas, Ramadan, Sankta Lucia Day, Kwanzaa, Christmas, and the First Nations’ tradition of the Winter Solstice in an interactive extravaganza bridging communities and cultures. Please note, everyone must have a ticket to enter, regardless of age.
