Located in the heart of Glenn Dale, right across from the Glenn Dale Volunteer Fire Department, the Glenn Dale Community Center offers something for everyone. Youth activities include flag football, volleyball, basketball, and soccer, plus ballet, jazz, tap, and hip-hop dance; adult classes include Rachel Fitness, yoga, tai chi, painting, and line dancing. Seniors, join us for Open Pickleball Play every Monday & Friday from 10 am–2 pm! Free for seniors ages 60 and better; $6 drop-in fee for ages 59 and under.

Tiny Tots Playtime

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, 9:30 am-12 noon

For children ages three-and-a-half to five years old. Children must be potty trained. Parents are welcome to stay.

Join us for this kids’-day-in program! Your child will enjoy fun activities, arts and crafts, and games, while socializing with other children. Teen Night

Teens ages 13-17, join us on Friday and Saturday nights from 7 pm to 10 pm for Teen Night! Teen Night is a free, drop-in program; no registration required. Play basketball, dodgeball, and video games with your peers, and enjoy curated activities and events like Paint & Poetry Night, Laser Tag & Pizza Night, and Volleyball & Rita’s Night.

Volunteers

Glenn Dale Community Center is always looking for volunteers! Volunteering with us is a great way to earn your Prince George’s County community service hours. Please note, the Department of Parks and Recreation does not accept court-ordered volunteer service. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please email us at glenndalecc@pgparks.com.

Class Instructors

Glenn Dale Community Center offers a wide variety of classes for children, teens, adults, and seniors, including sports and fitness, dance, cheerleading, Spanish, piano, painting, and more. We are currently seeking instructors for baseball, mat pilates, and chair aerobics. If you are interested in becoming a class instructor, please email us at glenndalecc@pgparks.com.
