alert-triangle-white A notice to our patrons

The All Comers Track Meet on Friday, May 6, 2022 at Prince George’s Sports & Learning Complex is cancelled due to heavy rain forecasted throughout the day and evening to ensure the safety of all athletes, spectators, and staff.

The Department of Parks and Recreation offers track & field and cross country meets throughout the year.

Walking and running helps you stay physically fit, burn calories, build aerobic fitness, maintain strong bones, improve your mood, and lower your risks of chronic health conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

All-Comers Meet Program

A great way to introduce children, as well as the entire family, to the world of Track and Field, the All-Comers Meet is a condensed, non-competitive version of larger youth track meets. The program allows first-timers and young athletes the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of recreational activities such as running and walking.

Runners compete in various events including 100-meter dash, 400-meter run, 1-mile run, 200-meter, 800-meter, and 4x100 relay. We invite athletes of all ages and abilities to train together in a relaxed, fun, and safe environment.

COVID-19 protocols and safety precautions will be followed.
