Outdoor Cross- Country Program

Come out and hit the trail in our fall outdoor cross-country program. Runners will have the opportunity to introduce themselves to the world of cross-country. Each participant will be able to run a 1-mile, 2-mile, or 3-mile loop on a combination of both grass and asphalt.

Program Details:

  • Locations: Prince George's County Sports & Learning Complex - Outdoor Grounds
  • Ages: 9 and older
  • Fees: $2 per participant

Congratulations to Ms. Rose Green of Upper Marlboro. Ms. Green recently retained her Championship in the Maryland Senior Olympics by winning Gold in the 50-meter and 100-meter dash for women age 80+ with times of 10.41sec and 20.78sec respectively. She used M-NCPPC’S All-Comers Track Meet Program to prepare for the competition.

Mr. Don Magee of Clinton won gold in the men's 100-meter Dash for 60+, as well as Mr. Thomas Jones of Glendale for the 65+ division.
