‘Tis the season of spending, but let’s be sensible shoppers this year. In this session, we will discuss how to stretch our wallets, not our waistlines! We’ll start with some physical activity and talk about how to plan and approach our shopping trips to get the biggest return on our physical health. Then our nutritionist will take us on a virtual grocery store tour to help us make healthy and affordable food choices.
