Our annual Capital Clash Wheelchair Rugby Tournament is back for 2025, hosted by M-NCPPC, in partnership with MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital. Free Admission to watch eight teams from up and down the east coast battle it out in this year’s tournament! Quad Rugby is a fast-paced, full-contact wheelchair sport played indoors by individuals with some loss of function in all four limbs. The sport combines aspects of wheelchair basketball, ice hockey, and rugby.

This year’s tournament will feature an all-veteran rugby team “The Oscar Mike Militia” and a Saturday lunchtime wheelchair rugby expo game featuring members of Old Glory DC, our local professional rugby team that plays in Major League Rugby (MLR).
