This afternoon concert features one of the DMV’s most talented songbirds, R&B recording artist Ameya Taylor, who honors Franklin’s legacy by performing some of her greatest hits, including “Chain of Fools,” “Freeway of Love,” “Ain’t No Way,” and more. The talk for the afternoon tea will be an enjoyable look at Jane Austen’s life through Austen’s famous literature. Brush up on your favorite JA books and movies, as there will be trivia and prizes. This program is in partnership with the Prince George’s County Historical Society. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
