Join us for Active Aging Week at the Publick Playhouse! This class is designed for seniors who love to sing, dance, and drum. Participants will enjoy learning traditional dances, chants, and rhythms from Guineau, Senegal, and Mali. The class consists of moderate stretching, cardio, and crafted African movements. Please wear athletic wear, sweats, leggings, or an African wrap skirt.
