Singing with a “liquid baritone of great charm,” “highly attractive legato,” and “precise patter elocution” (Parterre Box), Brian J. Alvarado recently made his international debut as Falke in Die Fledermaus and the Baritone in The Four-Note Opera at Le Festival d’Art Vocal de Montréal, along with role debuts as Angelotti in Tosca (Opera Vermont), and Silvio in Pagliacci (New Rochelle Opera).

Toronto-born pianist Naomi Wong is emerging as a compelling musical orator whose sincere and thoughtful artistry places human connection at the forefront of her performances. Active as both a solo and concerto performer, Wong began her piano studies at age six and is currently pursuing her master’s in Piano Performance on full scholarship at the Peabody Institute.

Penelope Shvarts has played both classical and flamenco guitar since she was five years old and is currently studying at the Peabody Institute, where she was given an award to continue her research into non-male composers and their works for guitar. She hopes to diversify the standard classical guitar repertoire and make music more inclusive.

Hsiang-Hsin Ching is a passionate and committed Taiwanese violist and recording engineer currently attending the Peabody Institute and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Recording Arts and Viola Performance. Dedicated to her craft, Hsiang-Hsin has played viola since age 13 and graced stages across Europe, Asia, and the U.S. with chamber music and orchestra performances.
