Join us for an energetic fitness class that is designed to engage and strengthen every major muscle group. This workout program integrates resistance exercises and functional movements which help with the development of lean muscle, improving endurance, and fortifying overall strength. Level: Intermediate

Saturdays at Woodmore Towne Centre Park (located on turf field). This is a reoccurring class.

Dance your way into fitness with a family Zumba® class! This class brings together all members of your family for fun and easy-to-follow dance moves to upbeat music! Registration Required. Level: All.

Saturdays at College Park Community Center. This is a reoccurring class.

Thursdays-Mondays, April 4th-29th, 10 am-4 pm

Every Saturday in April, we’re holding open houses at our nature-focused facilities. Drop in to visit our sites, enjoy activities, and meet our dedicated staff.

Each site will offer a variety of FREE activities that may include:
• Meet Park Naturalists
• Free giveaways (while supplies last)
• Nature hikes
• Nature crafts
• Animal feeding demonstrations
• Free pontoon boat tours (Patuxent & Bladensburg Waterfront Parks)
• Birds of prey program (Watkins & Clearwater Nature Center)
• Free bike rentals (Bladensburg Waterfront Parks)
• Barn animal meet-and-great (Old Maryland Farm)
• Sheep shearing demonstrations (Old Maryland Farm)
• Wool and fiber displays (Old Maryland Farm)
